Client Services Implementation Specialist
Position Overview
We are currently looking for a Client Services Implementation specialist to work alongside our clients and help them engage their consumers to take a more active role in their care.
Our Client Services Specialists are responsible for the implementation of the Emmi platform and programs at healthcare organizations across the country. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for our clients during the implementation process (from contract execution through maintenance) and help them standardize the use of Emmi programs to increase patient satisfaction, improve operational efficiencies and enhance the patient education processes.
The right candidate will provide a high level of professionalism ensuring our clients receive the support needed to implement our solution in an effective and efficient manner. A key component of this position is to ensure our clients embrace the value of our solutions across many levels of the healthcare organization for a successful implementation.
This position is based in Chicago, but requires significant travel throughout the US. You’ll provide process-focused consultative services to new and existing clients to ensure optimal use of the programs.
These consultative services include:
- Planning and execution of implementation project plans, including timelines
- Supporting workflow analysis with clients
- Prepare and conduct presentations at client site
- Conduct “Train the Trainer” sessions with client project manager to ensure onsite client implementation success
- Product training as necessary
- Contributing to and enhancing documentation, process flows, and training materials specific to clients use and application of the Emmi programs
- Executive report generation and distribution on implementation progress, milestones and Emmi program utilization
Additional responsibilities include:
- Ensuring client implementations stay within the scope and financial budget established
- Provide recommendations/consultation to Management on areas for departmental or implementation process improvements
- Support and provide input to product design, development, documentation, and testing
- Educate and train other Emmi Solutions employees on implementation processes and improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to work remotely
Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in healthcare. Prior experience with system-level projects in a healthcare environment a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferably in a healthcare-related field
- Working knowledge of healthcare industry especially acute care services and physician office workflow
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to support multiple client projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software applications in a healthcare setting
- Self-starter, with strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through, and results-oriented
- Well-organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willing to travel frequently
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
