Emmi Solutions Wins Best-in-Class Design Award

CHICAGO, Ill. (DECEMBER 23, 2008) — Emmi Solutions, LLC was awarded Best in Class for excellence in the design, development and implementation of the "How to Give a Good Medication History" EmmiSafety® program. The honor, granted by the Interactive Media Awards, recognizes that the project met and surpassed the standards of excellence that define the web’s most professional work.

Judging criteria included design, usability, innovation in technical features, standards compliance and content. In order to win this award level, the site had to meet strict guidelines in each area - an achievement only a fraction of sites in the IMA competition earn each year.

Also this year, Emmi Solutions won an Outstanding Achievement for the program "Asthma and House Dust." In 2006, the EmmiPrep® website won Best in Class in the medical category and was named one of the IMA's Top 10 sites of 2006.
