Automatic “Chaining”
EmmiSuccess programs can be automatically chained, so you only have to issue a single access code to deliver high-quality content at the right time. Emmi® Chaining Rules enable you to customize and automatically schedule follow-up viewings for any patient who has been issued, started, or finished watching an Emmi® program. So, if your patient needs to watch two or three different programs for a procedure, you only have to do this once.
Here’s how it works:
- You start by creating one access code.
- Using Emmi Chaining Rules, you decide when the next program should be sent out.
- The next access code is automatically generated and e-mailed at the correct time.
