What is EmmiPrevent?


EmmiPrevent® campaigns leverage interactive voice response (IVR) technology and years of experience launching millions of calls to help motivate patients to participate in prevention activities, transfer to scheduling or update their records. Campaigns are customized for each organization and built around its unique objectives and workflow. During the call, patients are asked self-reporting questions on their status and can be transferred to scheduling. The care team receives reports detailing how every patient interacts with the call, and identifying those who may need more specialized attention.
