To cost-effectively and efficiently explain the importance of Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWV) and increase scheduling, Mercy Clinic Northwest Arkansas implemented an Emmi® interactive call campaign. The seven-month campaign targeted 6,090 Medicare patients to inform patients about AWVs, notify them that there would be no co-pay and encouraged them to schedule an appointment.
